Shipping Info
We normally process and pull orders on Friday and ship on Monday or Tuesday the following week. Orders placed after normal business hours on Thursday may be held until the following shipping cycle.
We guarantee safe arrival of your order as long as the following condition is met. You have someone to immediately receive your package from the Postal or FedEx employee. Packages left on the doorstep, even for less than an hour can be damaged. You can request that the package be held at the Post Office or FedEx Station until you are able to receive it. Email us within 24 hours of receipt of your order to file a claim.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are 15% of the total order plus $12.50. (handling and packaging material). There is an additional $17.50 charge for FedEx delivery.
Arizona Orders
Sorry we do not ship to Arizona. Arizona Agriculture requirements require that we take the plant to our Agriculture people and spray the plant with insecticide in front of them. Making the appointment, travel time, and then the wait, then spraying, waiting for the plants to dry, and boxing the plants--oh that is just too much hum-bug for us to deal with.
Puerto Rico Orders
Puerto Rico orders have to be less than 12 plants, also because of Agricultural regulations. Mahalo for your help.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the plants you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Plants will need to be sent back in their original wrapping, in their original box, packed to ensure that no damage will occur during transit. A phytosanitary certificate must be issued by your state agriculture department and attached to the box. We will forward you a copy of our import permit with directions. Upon their satisfactory return, a credit will be issued for the plants ordered. No further credits for the phytosanitary certificate or the cost of return shipping will be issued.
